I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were bright and well-equipped with beautiful sea views, the service had its challenges due to events happening on-site that disrupted access for regular guests. The location is great with easy beach access, though the dining options could use improvement as the breakfast buffet was crowded and lacking variety. Overall, it has potential but needs to address some operational issues for a better stay.
I had a mixed experience during my stay. The location was beautiful, right on the beach with clean and spacious rooms, but the service left a lot to be desired. There were some issues like not having pool towels available and the lack of parking, which made things a bit frustrating. Overall, while there were some highlights, I encountered several areas that need improvement.
The hotel has potential due to its great location near the beach, but it really needs a facelift. While the rooms are spacious and offer a lovely view, some aspects like the furnishings and amenities are quite dated and worn. The service can be slow, which adds to the overall experience not being as relaxing as expected. It’s a great place for value if improvements are made, but currently, it feels like it's not reaching its full potential.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the location is truly superb, right between Batu Ferringhi and Georgetown, making it easy to explore. The rooms are spacious and clean with a lovely sea view, although the unpleasant smell was a bit off-putting. There are some facilities like a pool that I enjoyed, but the service was inconsistent and could use improvement. Dining options left a lot to be desired and didn’t quite meet my expectations in terms of variety and quality.
We had a fantastic family holiday, enjoying our stay in a clean and well-maintained hotel with stunning sea views. The rooms were comfortable and provided ample amenities for our stay, but we did find the dining options a bit lacking, especially in terms of variety. The beach was clean, and the pool was a highlight for the kids. Overall, great value for the experience, though some areas could use improvement.
